ck75 Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the ck75 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and support services made available through the ck75 website and any associated mobile applications. ck75 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform providing online casino and sportsbook services to players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

ck75 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between an English version and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail in all cases. Where monetary amounts are referenced, Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) is the default currency for players based in Bangladesh unless otherwise specified.

1.1 Governing Language

The official language of these Terms is English. All player communications, account notifications, bonus terms, and platform updates are issued in English. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the English content of these Terms before registering an account.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ck75 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ck75 enforces a strict 18+ policy without exception.
• You are accessing ck75 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not classified as a problem gambler, nor have you been subject to a self-exclusion order on any other platform that you are circumventing by registering with ck75.
• You have not previously had a ck75 account closed for breach of these Terms.

ck75 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling prevention with the utmost seriousness. We employ a range of technical and procedural controls to prevent access by minors. Where there is reasonable doubt about a player's age, ck75 may suspend the account and request certified documentation — including a national identity card, birth certificate, or passport — before the account is reinstated or any withdrawals are processed.

Players who become aware that an underage individual has gained access to a ck75 account are required to notify ck75 support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. ck75 will take immediate action to secure the account and investigate the circumstances.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ck75 services, players must register a personal account. The registration process requires players to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to their preferred payment method.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

Players are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration is accurate and remains current. ck75 may, at its discretion, require additional documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active ck75 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity details — is strictly prohibited. ck75 uses technical controls to detect duplicate account activity. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and merged or closed. Winnings accrued on duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials — including username, password, and any two-factor authentication method associated with their account. ck75 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Players must notify ck75 support immediately if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation. ck75 will not be liable for losses arising from a player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ck75 operates KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in accordance with its obligations as an internationally operated platform. Players may be asked to submit identity documents including government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of the payment method used. KYC checks may be triggered by — but are not limited to — first withdrawal requests, large transactions, or as part of routine compliance reviews. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the review is satisfactorily concluded.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ck75 supports a range of local and international payment methods for Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) for accounts based in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on ck75 varies by payment method:

• bKash & Nagad: Minimum ৳200 per transaction
• Rocket & Upay: Minimum ৳300 per transaction
• Visa & Mastercard: Minimum ৳500 per transaction
• Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer: Minimum ৳500 per transaction

ck75 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Players should verify whether their own bank or mobile financial service provider charges a transaction fee on outgoing transfers, as ck75 has no control over third-party charges. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in the player's own name — third-party deposits are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time via the Cashier section of their ck75 account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ck75 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 business day for card and bank transfer methods, during normal operating hours.

ck75 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification, security review, or investigation into potential bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal and the reason for that hold where it is safe to disclose.

4.3 Currency

The platform operates in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳) for Bangladeshi players. All game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus amounts, and account balances are displayed in BDT. ck75 does not offer multi-currency wallets at this time; players depositing in foreign currencies will have funds converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ck75 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer. Where there is a conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that offer only.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a ck75 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, and wagering requirements are set out in the Welcome Bonus terms published on the Offers & Promotions page. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded under any ck75 promotion are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to both the deposit amount and the bonus amount combined. Bets placed on restricted games — as listed in the relevant promotion terms — do not contribute to wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ck75 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as covering all outcomes of a single event); collusion with other players to jointly exploit promotional terms; and exploiting any software error or misconfiguration to claim bonuses outside their intended terms. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and any winnings derived from them voided, and may have their account permanently closed.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonus funds and free spins awarded by ck75 carry an expiry date as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6. User Obligations

By using the ck75 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following obligations throughout the duration of your registration:

• Provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete personal information on your account at all times.
• Use the platform only for personal, recreational gambling purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicated betting operation.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
• Notify ck75 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept that gambling involves risk and that you are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any resulting financial losses.
• Comply with all applicable local laws governing your participation in online gambling activities from your jurisdiction.
• Not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the ck75 platform in any way that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Report any bugs, errors, or glitches you discover on the platform to ck75 support rather than exploiting them for personal gain.
• Make use of the responsible gaming tools available on your account if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck75 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the ck75 platform to launder money, process fraudulent payment transactions, or conduct any activity prohibited under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, or providing false identification documents during KYC verification.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market available on ck75.
• Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any software error, technical fault, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage or obtain funds to which you are not entitled.
• Unauthorised automation: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the platform in ways not explicitly permitted by ck75.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on any sporting event, including cricket matches, where you have prior knowledge of or involvement in a fixed or manipulated outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile financial service provider for deposits made to your ck75 account.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at ck75 staff, support agents, or other players via any channel.

ck75 co-operates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial regulators in investigations involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. Account information, transaction records, and communications may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law or by valid legal process.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ck75 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player.
• Confirmed underage use of the account.
• Player-requested self-exclusion in accordance with ck75's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory requirement or legal process requiring account restriction.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months), subject to the dormancy terms below.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their ck75 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of account closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal verification procedures. Bonus funds and free spins remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login or financial transaction). ck75 will notify players by email before applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee is ৳200 / month, deducted from the remaining real-money balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates their account. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required verification steps.

8.3 Effect of Closure on Bonuses

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, initiated by ck75, or resulting from a regulatory action — all pending bonus funds, free spins, cashback amounts, and other promotional credits are immediately and irrevocably forfeited. No compensation will be provided for forfeited bonus funds under any circumstances.

8.4 Disputes and Appeals

Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a formal dispute by contacting ck75 support at [email protected]. Disputes should include the player's registered email address, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. ck75 aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 2 business days and to resolve them within 14 business days of receipt of all required information. ck75's decision on disputes is final subject to any rights the player may have under applicable law.
